Bell Tailors’ Medal Mounting Service Explained.

Bell Tailors understand how important it is to have your medals mounted correctly.  That’s why we have been perfecting our service over the last 65 years.  Today, our clients include the Queens Colour Squadron and Senior members of the Royal Household.

We are proud to now be able to offer the same standards of service via post to the public.

Simply visit our shop and select the method of mounting (either court mounting or swing mounting) and complete the checkout and payment process. You will then be able to download the Work Order together with the postal instructions.

Once we receive the medals, we will carry out the work and email you when they are ready to dispatch.

We will replace all medal ribbon, old for new, supply new mounting pins, and in the case of court mounting, we will use a double bookram board and add velvet backing to the rear of the court mounted medals.

Please Note:

We Always use Royal Mail Special Delivery to ship the medals back to you.  In our experience this service is the most reliable, but it should be noted that on the extremely rare occasion they have been known to loose shipments.  It is because of this reason that we must advise that the risk would be totally on the customer should the postal service be used.  We would again reiterate that this is an extremely rare occurrence.  Should you wish not to use the postal service, we can always recommend the nearest Bell Tailors Service Centre to your location for you to drop off and pick up the medals instead.  Should you wish to use the drop off and pick up service, please use the Book an Appointment form, and we will contact you as soon as possible.
